Woodcut Decorative Typeface

This typeface was designed based off of the STORM brand logo. With printmaking origins the original logo was made to reflect handcarved blocks. The typeface was constructed by creating each letter form using the parts of the original logo digitally. The letter where then individualy hand carved out of linoluem and handprinted to further the handcarved texture. After it was photographed and scaned and brought back in to the digital relam to be used for future desgin work.
