Icon A Day: Nature Theme

Icon a Day was a 30 day long challenge starting on January 30th and ending on February 28th of 2019. Before the project began I wrote down 50 different nature themed items on paper and put them all into a cup. Each day I would draw a a word from the cup and design an icon based on that word. Every icon was required to be finished that day and I have to create one every day during the 30 days. All the icons were sketched out with pencil and paper and then taken into Adobe Illustrator. Two stroke widths were used in each icon a thinner detail stroke and then the bolding main stroke width. Each icon was then placed on a background with a color related to the object bordered with the name of the project, branding, word of the day, and number of the day.
